This is a form of terms and condition, plus disclosures, for any possible issues that may present themselves.

Cancelations.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure books. Should the shoot be canceled this will not be refunded, however if more than the 20% is paid that additional payment will be returned if rebooking is not an option.

In the occasion that I need to cancel, a full refund of even the deposit will be returned. It is only in a family emergency or very rare occasion that this would happen.

Injuries.

A lot can happen during a photoshoot and I will never ask you to do anything dangerous or questionable. However, should injury somehow occur, Arial Keys Photography cannot be held accountable. Shoots can often involve uneven ground, beaches, wood, possibly sharp objects, animals, and thus when booking and deciding your location please bare these things in mind.

Damages.

I am of course responsible for damages that occur to my cameras, lenses, personal belongings ect, and my equipment will be on me 99% of the time. In no case should you or any of those involved in the shoot pick up and try to use my cameras. I have them set to specific settings for your shoot so tampering with them may result in lesser quality photos or damages to the cameras themselves.

While I know the odds of someone tampering with them is highly unlikely, disclosure must be given that should they be handled and damaged by anyone but myself compensation will be expected.

Rebooking.

Should your booking need rebooking due to weather, personal reasons, or myself being able to fill that day, there is no fee or extra charge. However we will need to find a date and time that is not currently taken.

Wedding shoots are obviously a little bit trickier to rebook, as the date is set you will have a lot of other things booked for the same day, so I just ask for a warning or rebooking minimum of 3 weeks prior to the wedding. There is no fee or extra charge but I will need to be unbooked for the date you then choose as I cannot rearrange other shoots that have already booked a date.

Photos

I am there to take the beautiful photos of you all! Please, if you have any recommendations, don’t be afraid to speak up. But if you’d rather I take control, just let me know.

For larger groups, I often loose my voice trying to direct everyone to the right positions, so please bare with me! But large groups can be hard to control in the sense of hand movements/closing eyes. I try my best and will count down and take multiple shots after the countdown to get at least one shot of everyone smiling and posed but despite my best efforts, sometimes the ‘perfect shot’ is not always acquired. Please bare this in mind with large group shoots.

Also I would like families to be aware I try to control situations as best I can, but we all know children's attention spans can run short and fast and I try to keep the attention but I have no control over crying or misbehaviour. I will continue to work to get those little beauties smiling but again, refunds aren’t given if children or anyone are not cooperating with the shoot.

Dropbox is my main means of photo transfer. I have found it to be the best and fastest way to get you the best quality pics.

Weddings are delivered to you on a USB Flashdrive. These can also be requested for smaller shoots at a small charge for the stick itself.

Under no circumstances will unedited photos be sent. It is highly unethical and unprofessional to send unedited photos and in no cases will be offered by Arial Keys Photography.

Use of Photos.

The photos taken by Arial Keys Photography are the intellectual property of both photographer and client. Photos will be used in future advertising and on social media. Prior discussion can be had about keeping certain photos private but will entail a fee due to this effecting Arial Keys Photography income.
